Job summary

Boqueria is seeking a porter/dishwasher to maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, ensuring guests receive spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. You will keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks to prepare dishes.

We look for a positive attitude, teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Full- and part-time opportunities are available in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Job description

As a porter/dishwasher, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to ensure that your restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. In addition, you'll keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests.
