Boqueria is seeking a reliable porter/dishwasher in Nashville to maintain clean kitchen and dining areas. You will ensure spotless cutlery, plates and glassware, and keep pots and pans ready for the line cooks to craft exceptional dishes.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling with full- and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous kitchen/dishwashing experience preferred.

Job description

As a porter/dishwasher, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to ensure that your restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. In addition, you'll keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests.
