Job summary

Boqueria Restaurant Upper East Side in New York is seeking a dishwasher to keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless. You will ensure cutlery, plates and glassware are clean and ready for the line, and help keep pots, pans and tools ready for service.

This role requires weekend and night availability, about 16-18 hours per week, with a positive attitude and team spirit. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.

As a porter/dishwasher, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to ensure that your restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. In addition, you'll keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests.
