Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a responsible dishwasher to join our dish team and help keep dishes stocked and ready for our sushi chefs. You will assist in ensuring prep materials are cleaned, maintained, and organized in a fast-paced, fine dining setting.

Position is part-time with hours from 3pm to midnight, mainly on weekends, offering a growth-oriented team environment across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash all dishes and materials for sushi chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of prep areas.
• Hand wash fragile dishware in a small fine dining environment.

Job Duties:

Cleaning, washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs, ensure all areas are clean and ready for guests. Be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment. Hand washing fragile dishware.
