We are looking for a responsible dishwasher who will maintain clean dishes, stock supplies and complete prep duties to best serve our guests.

Job Duties:

• Clean and wash all dishes and materials for sushi chefs.
• Ensure all areas are clean and ready for guests.
• Adapt to a small, fine‑dining environment and maintain professionalism in front of guests.
• Hand‑wash fragile dishware and perform hands‑washing as required.
• Work quickly, efficiently, and with diligence.
• Maintain an organized area at all times.
• Assist chefs with prep duties using proper tools and food‑safety standards.

Position: Part‑time, 3 pm – midnight. Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
