About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join Clark Lindsey's dining services team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Every day, the dishwashers contribute to the top-notch dining experience that Clark Lindsey's residents enjoy.

What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment, primarily using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, and work areas
• Transport supplies and waste as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures
• Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and set‑up tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is physically active and requires the ability to:

• Work around hot water and loud equipment in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Stand and walk for several hours per shift
• Push, pull, lift, and carry items such as racks, carts, and bus tubs
• Lift up to 40-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Bend, reach, stoop, and use hands repetitively throughout the shift
• Requires sufficient visual acuity to safely operate equipment, read displays and instructions, and verify cleanliness.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range: $16.60 - $17.70 per hour, based on experience
