Job summary

Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in Encinitas, CA is hiring a part-time dishwasher for the AM/PM shift. You will wash dishes, cookware and utensils in the correct area and help keep the kitchen clean and sanitary while following state regulations.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Food Handler’s certification.
• Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment.
• Understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department.
• Assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals.
• Wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen.
• Washes dishes, cookware, flatware, etc., with dish washer or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area.
• Performs cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assists in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers, clean.
