Job summary

Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar in Seattle is seeking a part-time dishwasher. No experience required; we will teach on site. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and the ability to arrive on time. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Duties include cleaning, organizing, and operating a commercial dishwasher in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen. Light food prep and strict sanitation standards are expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize, gather & run all dirty dishes through commercial dishwasher
• Put dishes/sheet trays/kitchen equipment back in proper places
• Keep kitchen clean, mopped & organized at all times
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Light food prep as necessary
• Ensure proper food handling, storage and sanitation standards
• Clean & organize work areas throughout day & end of shift
