• Closing tasks include Trash, Floors, Break room and Bathrooms.
• Taking out the trash frequently.
• Task oriented and very well organized.
• Prompt and most importantly reliable.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes
• Take trash out
• Help admin with labeling in mornings
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout shifts
• Ensure all utensils, cookware, and dishware are sanitized and properly stored
• Assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors as needed
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools in their designated areas
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen inventory when needed
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when they need replenishment
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to maintain a sanitary work environment
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks (if time permits)
• Work efficiently to prevent slowdowns in kitchen operations
