Job summary

Era Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher in Bellevue, WA to join our Culinary Services Team at The Gardens at Town Square. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; exact days will be discussed.

You will ensure dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are cleaned and the kitchen stays organized and stocked. Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with resident meal carts and table cleaning.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas.
• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures. Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required

Primary Responsibilities:

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned. This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.
