Job summary

Era Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our Culinary Services Team at The Gardens at Town Square. Shifts run 7:00AM–3:30PM or 12:30PM–9:00PM; exact days are discussed during onboarding.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation standards, delivering resident meal carts, and supporting kitchen cleanliness. Prior dishwashing or prep experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and washes utensils, carts, and trays and stores items properly.
• Maintains clean dishwashing areas and logs daily machine temperatures.
• Delivers and retrieves resident meal carts, buses, and cleans tables as required.

Era Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to become the newest member of our Culinary Services Team located in our The Gardens at Town Square community, Bellevue WA. Available shifts will be scheduled two opening shifts, 7:00AM to 3:30PM, and two closing shifts, 12:30PM to 9:00PM. Exact days will be discussed.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned. This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.

• Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas
• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures. Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:

• Previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills, preferred.
