Job summary

Legends Global in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support Pinnacle Bank Arena during events and daily service. You will maintain a clean dish area, operate dish machines, and assist with basic kitchen prep while following safety and dress code requirements.

Evening and weekend availability is expected. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand long hours, and work in a hot, damp environment; training provided. Dress code and sanitation standards apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handlers Permit required per Lincoln health dept.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and sort dishes before loading into a dishwashing machine.
• Maintain dishwashing machine and report faults to Chef or Sous Chef.
• Monitor water temperature during sanitized wash cycle and log it.
• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by machine or by hand.
• Store clean wares after air-drying.
• Clean work areas, floors, walls, and cooking areas.
