Job summary

Legends Global operates Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, NE and seeks a part-time Dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and organized. You will wash and sort dishes, assist in prep when needed, and maintain equipment while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older per job requirements.
• Food Handlers Permit is required by health department.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and sort dishes before loading into the machine.
• Maintain dishwashing machine and report faults.
• Monitor water temperature during wash and log it.
• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Store clean items after air-drying.
• Clean work areas and keep storage orderly.
• Keep chemicals stocked for dish machines and sinks.
• Assist with deliveries and item storage as needed.
• Adhere to dress code: black pants and non-slip shoes.
