Job summary

Mother Wolf Miami is seeking a dishwasher to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas clean and sanitized in a fast-paced, wood-fired pizza setting. Open interviews are held Tuesdays from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Address: 3841 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137.

Responsibilities include loading the dish machine, maintaining sanitation, stocking supplies, and assisting line cooks as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have current food handler card.
• Some experience preferred.
• Good communication/listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Monitor water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Follow sanitation guidelines set forth by Health Department.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Communicate with Chefs and Management about maintenance concerns.
• Clean restrooms before the restaurant opens to the public.
• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables and surfaces.
• Stock food, beverages and supplies as directed by the Chef.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; restock tools.
• Maintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organized.
• All other duties assigned.
