Milk & Honey, a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination, seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishes sparkling and the kitchen running smoothly. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a passionate culinary team and upholding sanitation standards to ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting chefs during peak hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and follow sanitation requirements, safety rules, and SOPs.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.

Physical Requirements:

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags).
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
