Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
