Sunrise Senior Living in Wall, SD is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize wares, and help with storage and cleaning duties. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
