Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking dependable Dishwashers to join our coastal kitchen team. You’ll keep dishes, cookware, and equipment clean, organized, and ready to support our Culinary and F&B operations on busy service nights.

You’ll work on-site in a premium beachfront resort, with opportunities to grow and enjoy competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and resort perks as part of a collaborative culinary crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or stewarding is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash and sanitize items by hand when necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and utensils to designated storage areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by keeping supplies readily available during meal service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to leadership promptly.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Culinary and Food & Beverage operations.

What You'll Do
