Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking enthusiastic F&B Support team members to assist servers, bartenders, and the culinary team in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our beachfront resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

As part of Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, you will help with food and beverage service, keep dining areas clean, and support smooth operations during busy periods and events.

Responsabilidades

• Refill water and nonalcoholic beverages as needed.

• Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, to-go items, and other supplies.
• Promptly remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively during busy service periods and special events.
• Share guest feedback, concerns, and compliments with servers or management.

This position supports food runners, bussing, and the service needs of bartenders and servers to help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

As an F&B Support team member, you will work closely with servers, bartenders, and the culinary team to keep service running smoothly. From delivering food and beverages to maintaining clean, inviting dining areas, you will play an important role in making every guest feel welcome and well cared for.
