City Winery Nashville is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas in a high-volume venue offering wine, food, and live music.

You'll work in a dynamic team, ensure proper sanitation, stock, and assist in daily operations. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant preferred.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots or pans, utilizing proper cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Properly scrape and sort dishes prior to loading into dishwasher.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Unload dishwashers, restock and place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in proper storage areas.
• Maintain dishwashing machine, including detergents and cleaning supplies; report shortages or faults to supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize floors, drainers, freezer and cooler.
• Move supplies using hand trucks to work areas.
