City Winery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas in our Nashville venue. This role supports the culinary and service teams during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate reliable teamwork and a strong work ethic. Flexibility with schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots or pans using proper cleaning supplies.
• Scrape and sort dishes before loading into dishwasher.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Unload dishwashers and restock clean dishes and utensils.
• Monitor detergents and cleaning supplies and report shortages or faults.
