Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, and silverware to maintain cleanliness and food-service readiness.
• Wash pots and pans and keep the dishwashing area organized and sanitized.
• Maintain facilities in a clean-as-you-go condition to support efficient meal service.
• Remove and bus cafeteria dish racks and transport dirty ware to the washing area.
• Keep dish and pot areas orderly, clean, and well-supplied for daily operations.
