Job summary

The Summit of Coralville is hiring a part-time Dining Services Utility to support the kitchen and dining areas in our senior living community. You will operate the dishwasher, restock dishes, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, safe chemical handling, infection control, and assisting with resident-centered programs as needed. Possession of a High School Diploma or GED and reliable, punctual work style are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Washes and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; maintains sanitation.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher; follows chemical safety rules.
• Supports infection control and safe handling procedures.
• Takes out trash and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Reports equipment issues to the Dining Services Director.
