Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a part-time Dining Services Utility at The Summit of Coralville to uphold a clean, sanitary kitchen and support daily dining operations for residents and staff. The role involves dishwashing, utensil sanitation, and safe storage of supplies, with reporting to the Dining Services Director.

Shifts include 8:00am–2:00pm and 4:00pm–9:00pm. This job requires reliability, teamwork, good customer service, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols in a senior

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with residents and staff.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; operates dishwasher.
• Handles dish machine flow, cleans and maintains kitchen equipment daily.
• Follows safety, infection control, and chemical handling procedures.
• Assists in storage of items received from vendors and maintains organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Dining Services Director.
