Job summary

Main Event is seeking a proactive Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and safe. You will wash, sanitize and store dishes, assist with prep and banquet items, and help maintain kitchen areas. The role supports a fast-paced, guest-oriented team environment.

Candidates should be at least 18, be reliable, friendly, and willing to work days, nights, and weekends. Prior hotel or restaurant maintenance is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous maintenance/foodservice experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and store dishes, flatware and kitchenware.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation policies.
• Assist with line maintenance, prep and banquet items as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls and drains.
• Support other Team Members to ensure efficient service.
