Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group in the United States (New York) is seeking a Back of House Service Technician (Dishwasher) to support our culinary team. You will maintain clean dishwashing areas, assist in kitchen workflow, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

The role reports to the Executive Chef and offers full-time, hourly pay with potential incentive bonuses. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Care for kitchen equipment and dishwashing areas.
• Operate dish room equipment according to sanitary standards.
• Wash pots, pans, trays and other utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and dining areas.
• Assist in ensuring proper serving temperatures and HACCP standards.
• Keep storage areas organized and deliveries stored properly.
• Greet customers courteously and relay feedback to supervisors.
