Qualifications

• Able to transport cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times daily.
• Ability to place items on high and low shelves.
• Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor duties; hot/damp setting.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-rinse dirty dishes; load into dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine.
• Complete assigned prep work and assist in kitchen tasks.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Wipe down tables, walls, refrigerators, equipment and floors.
• Clean garbage cans and receptacles; maintain cleanliness.
• Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine.
