Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep our kitchen operating smoothly and sanitarily. You will wash dishes and utensils, assist with basic prep, and help maintain a clean, organized dish area.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Prior dishwashing experience helps, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are highly valued, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• May be required to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous dishwasher experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans with dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and collaborate with kitchen staff.
