Job summary

Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. is hiring for a dishwashing/kitchen porter role across our busy dining operations.

As part of a collaborative kitchen team, you will clean dishes and equipment, maintain a safe workspace, stock supplies, and support both kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service for guests across our attractions and lodges. Starting wage is $19 per hour, with year-round opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary or dishwashing experience is an asset, but not required.
• Willing to train and learn on the job.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and high sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes, cookware, utensils, and service items are cleaned and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing area during shifts.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen workspaces, floors, coolers, and freezers as needed.
• Assist with stocking, receiving, unloading, and organizing supplies.
• Support kitchen and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help where needed.
• Take on a variety of tasks and stay proactive in the dish area.
