Sheraton Galleria Dallas is looking for a dedicated dishwashing team member to support cooks and service staff. The role involves cleaning and organizing dishware, maintaining the dish machine, and ensuring a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Expect varied shifts in a 24/7 hotel operation. Possession of a current Food Handler Card and ability to follow health and safety guidelines are required. Benefits include employee meals and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.
• Adheres to safety and security procedures and rules.

Responsabilités

• Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware for the dish or pot machine.
• Wash all ware and replace in designated storage areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly to support cooks’ work.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and follow health standards.
• Assist other kitchen personnel when needed.
