Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and bakery trays promptly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Take out trash, recycling, and assist with kitchen cleanliness.
• Restock clean items in storage areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
