Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant within the Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized, supporting a safe, welcoming dining experience for guests.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and collaborate with a team. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and assist with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
