Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant, is part of the Happy Corner Hospitality collective in Miami Beach, Florida. We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team, helping to keep the kitchen clean by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized.

Responsibilities include restocking and maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, and assisting kitchen staff. We offer competitive pay with weekly wages, growth opportunities, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and assist with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
