THE ONE GROUP is seeking a dishwasher for STK Steakhouse to support our BOH team and ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help keep dishes and kitchen areas clean and prepared for service.

Previous dishwashing experience is helpful, but not required. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working nights, weekends, and holidays in a bustling dining environment.

Formación

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a busy kitchen.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized and stock chemicals.
• Operate dishwashing machines and assist with trash/recycling.
• Support BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation and safety guidelines.
