Qualifikationen

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical supplies.
• Assist with trash/recycling and proper waste disposal.
• Keep floors, drains, and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly for use.
• Collaborate with BOH team to keep service smooth.
• Follow health department sanitation rules and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Perform tasks from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism.
