Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC is seeking a Back-of-House Team Member to support the busy kitchen in a Sonny’s BBQ franchise location. You will uphold hygiene standards, help with dishwashing, and support a friendly guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a flexible schedule
• Attend and complete ongoing training or certification programs as required by the company, or by state/federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
• Work cooperatively with all other staff
• Keep a clean workstation at all times
• Operate a dish machine with proper chemical levels
• Follow sanitation regulations and standards
• Bus, sort, rinse and rack dishes after use
• Wash pots and pans after each use
• Empty trash cans and maintain dumpster area
• Store silverware properly
• Keep kitchen stocked with clean dishes
• Maintain clean floors, work area, and restrooms
