Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning tasks.
• Collect pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware to be washed and sanitized and returned to storage areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors; break down kitchen for clean up.
• Remove trash to designated areas; restock as needed.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen management.
