Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a dedicated team member to perform dishwashing and maintain a clean kitchen area. You will support the team by washing dishes, stocking, and helping with food safety and sanitation under store procedures.

You will interact with customers and Team Members, demonstrate reliability, and participate in required trainings. The role requires flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to our quality standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and models professional behavior to customers and Team Members.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks and merchandises products to maximize sales potential.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean working environments.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing and signs are accurate; reports hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
