Job summary

LCB is seeking staff to provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere within its dining facilities. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, and assisting with food storage and event support to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy.
• Keep floors clean and manage trash.
• Assist with food orders and storage; support chefs and servers.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals/parties.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Communicate resident likes and dislikes for menu planning and satisfaction.
