Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role involves loading and operating the dishwashing equipment, cleaning and organizing tableware, and maintaining a sanitary work area to help deliver a seamless dining experience.

The candidate should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a Food Handler's Certification. Training on equipment and safety procedures will be provided to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean service ware, pots, and pans to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
• Wash all tableware, silverware, pots and pans in a timely and orderly manner.
• Keep dishwashing area and stainless steel clean and dry.
• Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels for the machine.
• Store all clean china, glassware, silverware, and small wares properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and wear proper uniform.
