Job summary

Hickory Tavern is seeking a kitchen support/dishwashing role on site in the United States. You will wash and store wares, stock stations, and maintain sanitary spaces to support a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all wares using dishwashers or by hand.
• Stock serving stations and storage areas with dishes and utensils.
• Clean trash receptacles and maintain safe, sanitary workspaces.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with food prep as needed and perform other duties.
