Job summary

John Knox Village in Missouri is seeking staff for its dining outlets across 400 acres. Roles involve keeping kitchen and dining areas clean, performing dishwashing tasks, and delivering friendly resident service.

Many outlets offer flexible hours with part- and full-time positions and up to 5 weeks of paid time off annually. Staff may work various shifts, with earliest starts at 7am and latest finishes by 8pm; higher wages and gratuities are noted for full-service restaurant servers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain Jackson County Food Handler Permit within 15 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clear and clean the assigned dining areas.
• Load and unload the dishwasher; clean pots and pans.
• Provide quality customer service to residents/customers.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety as directed by supervisors.
• Follow safety regulations and requirements.
