• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage and rotation.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health/safety regulations and maintains sanitary work environment.
• Reports hazards or violations immediately.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
