Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Kailua, HI is hiring a Prepared Foods Dishwasher for a part-time role. You will keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes, maintain sanitary work areas, and support the team during busy hours.

No prior retail experience is required. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and walk during shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports team members and customers.
• Maximizes efficiency through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing is accurate.
