Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Dishwasher in Florence, KY. The role focuses on sanitation, cleanliness, and supply of cooking tools to support kitchen staff in producing high-quality, safe food.

Cross-training for basic cold and hot food prep may occur during peak times. Responsibilities include dishwashing, floor cleaning, prep assistance, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• Kitchen experience and basic food knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to take orders and follow through as well as work well with others in a team-driven, fast-paced environment is essential.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated.
• Highly motivated to assist in food preparation and presentation when called upon.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, mopping floors, cleaning equipment, bathrooms and other kitchen areas.
• Assist with small kitchen prep duties as assigned by manager.
• Regular cleaning of refrigerated areas.
• Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines.
• Assisting with other assigned duties in the Kitchen during busy time.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen with proper sanitation measures.
• Operate dishwashers, pressure washer, steam cleaner, and chemical calibration systems.
• Removal of trash.
• Work with Chefs to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Adhere to Shipday for order logistics and deliveries.
