Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is a premier hospitality partner delivering high-end, chef-driven dining solutions to over 750+ partners nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the culinary team, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure sanitary conditions in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety standards, assist with deliveries, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for staff and guests.

Qualifications

Ability to work well as part of a team.
Working knowledge operating a commercial dishwasher
Be familiar with the industry's best practices.
High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room.
Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Sweep and wash floors.
Sort and remove the trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Assist in unloading and putting away deliveries.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
