Legacy Ventures is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support kitchen staff by maintaining high cleanliness standards and handling dishwashing tasks. The role offers foundational training and experience while contributing to a coordinated, efficient workspace.

The dishwasher will follow approved sanitation guidelines, operate commercial dishwashing equipment, and help with basic food-prep duties as required, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Qualifications

• Must stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift pots and pans weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Must communicate professionally with guests, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans per guidelines.
• Operate the dishwasher and inspect items for cleanliness.
• Store clean dishes in proper areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment.
• Load/unload food and supplies; assist with food prep when needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and manage trash.
