The position requires 18+ years old with a flexible schedule, and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods in a busy Scottsdale kitchen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep the dish room clean, organized, and stocked.
• Care for kitchen machines and appliances.
• Support readiness by cleaning stations and prepping for the next shift.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Remove trash and recycle properly.
• Assist with additional cleaning or tasks as needed.
• Report kitchen issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Complete end-of-night closing duties and dish machine maintenance.
• Help ensure guest-ready spaces by cleaning dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
