Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the inside and outside of the restaurant to ensure a safe, pleasant environment.
• Cleans around the building and parking lot and stocks restrooms.
• Maintains organization of the utility area and supports duty roster.
• Follows local health department laws and ensures cleanliness and quality standards.
• Stock areas with appropriate glassware and dishes and communicates equipment issues.
