Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Keep kitchen areas floors, walls, and shelves clean.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries and proper storage of products.
• Be on time, groomed, and prepared for shifts; attend trainings.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with phones/pages as needed.
• Maintain proper prep, storage, stocking, and product merchandising procedures.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is clean and safe to use.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties with accurate pricing signage.
• Report safety hazards promptly and complete assigned duties.
